- I don't have Paypal how else can I pay?
- I do accept cheques and postal orders as long as you are living in the UK. I’m afraid that I cannot send the items until the cheque had cleared which will take up to a week, but with a postal order I can send the goods automatically, however the post office will charge you for making a postal order.
- Do you ship internationally?
- I will ship to anywhere in the world for a little more money! This should all come up under shipping. If you are in the states the goodies should be with you in a week, elsewhere will depend on the post office but should not be more than 2 weeks.
- Will Swank make custom orders?
- Yes! If you have an idea for a design you would like me to make or have seen a swank design elsewhere which isn’t or sale on this website then contact me on swank.jewellery@gmail.com and I’ll try to make whatever you want!
- Can I return my Swank product?
- Absolutely! If there is a problem with your item or you simply don’t like the piece then I will be happy to return it with a full refund. If the jewellery is broken (god forbid!) then I will either supply you with a full refund or send you another. Please contact me on swank.jewellery@gmail.com
- Help! My jewellery didn't arrive!
- Very occasionally products get lost in the post. If you have not received your order in a week, please don’t hesitate to contact me. For custom orders please leave at least two weeks. swank.jewellery@gmail.com
- Is the jewellery handmade?
- All the jewellery is handmade by me at home.
- What are the prices in dollars?
- I have a store with prices in dollars http://swank/etsy.com. Otherwise please look for a currency conversion website to convert the price.

- I can either sell products to you wholesale for which there will be a discount dependant on how many you would like to buy, or I am happy to give stock to you on consignment. If you choose this option I will give you a certain amount of stock and then you will send me the money once the jewellery has sold. I would prefer to be paid monthly. If the jewellery doesn’t sell then I will take it back at no charge to you.
